Abstract
Distributed Generation focuses on deploying smaller-scale solar assets close to consumption points, rather than centralized power plants, enabling tailored power solutions and onsite generation.
These systems are typically installed on industrial and commercial rooftops, efficiently monetizing unused roof space without competing for land.
They are particularly well suited to companies with large physical footprints and extensive surface area across factories, warehouses, or logistics facilities.
From an investor’s perspective, distributed solar offers strong diversification, long-term contracted revenues, and predictable cash flows backed by credit worthy corporate customers.
In APAC rising energy demand, rapid industrial growth, and increasing export-driven sustainability requirements continue to create a compelling opportunity for solar deployment.
