Outline:
Let’s talk about completions! It is the critical connection between the well and the reservoir to maximize the recovery of oil and gas. We will start with the basics of completion designs from sandface to upper completions. The next part is about maximizing infrastructure and efficiency with electric intelligent completion systems. Electrification and digitalization of completions provide the greatest opportunity to increase field recovery efficiency and reduce infrastructure. We will also touch on the topic of extended reach and multilaterals to improve reservoir production by accessing numerous production zones or by increasing the contact area between a wellbore and a formation with minimal increase in drilling and completion costs.
Bio:
Arinta Fadly is an experienced (15+ years of seniority) oil and gas professional with an international background. She is currently a Product Champion for the Completions product line for SLB, overseeing the global reach of gas lift products and services. Prior to moving to Singapore, Arinta worked as an instructor for core completion in SLB’s Middle East and Asia learning center in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Having worked in the field operations for almost 10 (ten) years, she experienced firsthand running various completion installations, as both field supervisor and project engineer in different kinds of environments, including onshore, offshore, platform, subsea, workover rigs, and ultra-deepwater rigs. She has experience not only in upper completions but also in sand control equipment, multilateral wells, and multistage stimulation.
Arinta holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, and is currently pursuing an MBA at Nanyang Business School, NTU, Singapore, class of 2023.
